Michel BLOCH (President and Partner) established Mount Vernon Consulting in 1993 after having been  an Executive in large multinational computer firms (GE, Honeywell, Bull). Then, he organized a network of specialists which acquired experience in particularly at IBM, Bull and some major consulting firms.
